INTRODUCTION
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms") applicable to your use of the Spark CRM System (the "Service") operated by Opus Leads Ltd., a company incorporated in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. Subscription to the platform or payment for services indicates your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should cease all use of the Service immediately.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To access our Service, you will need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

SERVICE USAGE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Misuse or unauthorised use of the Service, including but not limited to violating any laws in your jurisdiction, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to Opus Leads Ltd. or its licensors.

DATA PROTECTION
We are committed to safeguarding your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our data practices as set out in the Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT
Fees for our Service are as specified in your contract. If no contract exists, you agree to pay the fees as published on our website. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of your Service. By using or subscribing to the Service, you authorise Spark to charge your card for any relevant charges as outlined in these Terms.

CANCELLATION AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED

Cancellation Within Initial 60 Days
If you cancel your subscription within the first 60 days, you will be charged for any work done by the Spark team, either at an hourly rate of £50 or equivalent to one month's subscription, whichever is higher.

Automatic Payment Terms
The due amount will be automatically charged to the card used for your subscription on the date your subscription ends.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Opus Leads Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service, without any advance notice, for any reason whatsoever.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of our updates.
